Overnight Oats Recipe

½ cup whole rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds ½ teaspoon maple syrup, plus more for serving Pinch of sea salt ¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk


In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt (if using), chia seeds (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.


Cover the jar/container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.


In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to loosen it up.


Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings, such as fresh or dried fruits, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of nut butter.
